If you can take tea without sugar several times a day can help to fight against bad breath. Tea has something called polyphenols that may slow down the process of growth of bacteria, especially green tea. In addition to this drinking tea all day long will keep your mouth moist thus discouraging a dry mouth which is a good source of bad breath. The best part is that the unalloyed copper found in tea is a good tongue scraper!

There are many things to be tried at home as a remedy as they are cheap and readily available. You can also try them out to get rid of bad breath and the embarrassment that comes along with it.
